Payment Terms

• We follow a deposit/interim payment/balance payment process to ensure stable pre-production.
• By paying the production costs in stages, we guarantee the stable progress of the project.
• If the work is canceled within 14 days of the shooting date, the deposit (20%), including the pre-paid costs, is non-refundable.
(Refunds are also not feasible for non-refundable items within the interim payment.)

Estimate Details

• The amounts listed in the estimate are based on the local currency on the estimate date.
• The provided estimate is valid for seven days.
• Labor costs are based on the labor standards of the respective country.
• All communications regarding estimates are conducted through UNKNOWN.
